Shipping Questions

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 5 business days during new releases, sales and restocks. This is not inclusive to processing time, holidays and shipping time.

 How do I track my order?

You can click on the link on your order confirmation email anytime to see the status of your order. 

Can I add a discount code after my order is complete?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions. All discounts items do not qualify for additional discounts. 

 Something is missing from my order. 

Oh no! We all make mistakes sometimes and we will be more than happy to right our wrongs. Please contact customer service to start the process by sending an email to Imatter@justcuffyourpearls.com. Please note that all order discrepancies are to be reported 24 hours after receiving. 

 My package was marked as delivered but I have not received my package.

Sometimes tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will more than likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend to check with your neighbors and/or local post office for more information in the meantime.

My package was stolen. Can you send a replacement?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left Cuff Your Pearls warehouse the parcel is now in the care of the postal courier. You are required to submit a claim directly with the carrier.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Some countries may tax their citizens or impose additional fees on them when purchasing or importing goods into your country. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Cuff Your Pearls cosmetics.

I have not received my order confirmation, what do I do?

Order confirmations come immediately after placing your order. Typically if you have not received your order confirmation it may be in your junk/spam box or there may be a typo in your email address. Please contact customer service so that we may further assist you.

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final. Please note Cuff Your Pearls reserve the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives as not as described; we will send only replacements for damaged/missing products within 48 hours of receipt of package. Customer must include photo(s) of the issue including the packing slip.
